The staff at the reception have been very helpful in our queries. They took the time to run through the city map and highlight the places of interest for us to visit. One of the staff even took the extra effort to check out if there was a hair salon near our hotel on her way home after her night shift ended. Overall, it has been a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

The hotel staff were very happy and friendly when you spoke to them. The room was cleaned promptly each day and linen changed daily. The room was a good size with a view of the local traffic and goings on. The room was quiet enough and the room dark once the curtains were drawn. I would stay here again. It was a good hotel for the price we paid. Breakfast each day was slightly different and there was a good selection to satisfy almost anyone. We walked to most tourist attractions in the area and would say this is a good hotel in a good location. We traveled with an 11 month old baby had no problems with this hotel with regards to the baby or requirements we had.

Be aware that the spa is not as up to scratch as the pictures in the brochures display. It was not a bad experience but you do get what you pay for.

The location was great. Only a 10 minute walk to Ben Tanh market and only a 5 minute walk from the backpackers bar/club hub. The rooftop pool is also a definite plus.

Day tours offered by the hotel are really overpriced. We were much better off going through a small local tour agency.

I have stayed in this hotel 3 times. My second stay, I was given a free pick up from the airport but this time I was not given this service.I visit HCMC every 2 to 3 months.
